Warranty Statement

All of us at GenTech Scientific, Inc. proudly stand by our service and the reconditioned equipment we sell. Our standard pricing on GenTech Certified equipment includes a ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY . For our GenTech Certified Mass Spectrometers, we provide a ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY with the purchase of installation.

If you choose to purchase one of our GenTech Certified instruments, rest assured that we are a group of technicians and engineers dedicated to service first. We guarantee that all GenTech Certified equipment has been meticulously reconditioned and fully tested to earn this certification. Furnishing an extensive warranty signifies our instrumental partnership with you in advancing the success of your important research or analytical testing projects.

GenTech Certified equipment carries a full ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY against flaws in material or workmanship during normal operation. This warranty is rendered invalid in the event of abuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized alterations, unapproved attempts to repair by the customer or natural disaster.

GenTech will act promptly and effectively to resolve any problem covered by this warranty to include replacement parts, on-site service or shop repair. While there is no implied minimum response time, we will make our best effort to resolve all problems expeditiously. GenTech is in no way liable for consequential damages or lost income."

In addition to this Industry Standard Warranty, GenTech offers paid service at reasonable hourly rates. We are always prepared to respond to our customers’ needs at any level. Because of our integrity and dedication to our customers, GenTech can justifiably boast that we have a large repeat customer base.
